Deposits must be only 100 dollars per person for the tour of the manu, for other tours 40% of the total amount that must be made by means of payments. And the final payment is made before the trip.
- NO SHOW
- Passengers who do not show up for the tour for any reason by the indicated date will be charged 100% of the fare. Like the passenger who cancels or cancels the tour 3 days before.
- If the passenger is reconfirmed and decides not to participate in the trip 60 days before their scheduled date there will be a penalty of 70% of the total amount deposited.
- If the cancellation is more than 30 days penalty of 100% of the reservation deposit.
- If the cancellation is less than 30 days and the passenger already paid the total of his tour there will be a refund of 20% of the total amount and 80% retained for administrative expenses.
- PREPAID
